We have been working with Heritage Restoration Inc. on various types of building restoration projects for over 10 years. The projects have included parking garage repairs and restoration of building facades clad with material such as masonry, precast concrete, limestone, etc.
The pricing submitted for various projects by Heritage is always competitive, complete, comprehensive and responsive to the project technical requirements and time schedules. The change orders issued by Heritage for unforeseen conditions and/or for scope beyond the contract have always been reasonable and, as necessary, negotiable.
The personnel provided by Heritage on various projects are always technically knowledgeable in the scope of work to be completed and well equipped to perform the tasks at hand. They have been diligent about providing realistic schedules for completing the various projects and also provide regular updates as requested. The punch-list work identified at the end of the project has been completed and close-out paperwork submitted in a timely manner to allow projects to be closed out in proper fashion.
